However, because each business has distinctive marketing needs, Wordgirl Marketing can consult with you to create a custom package and provide initial marketing advice. New Website Design*
Note: Below are the flat rate charges. Price will increase for additional pages, photography, services ordered (ex: Paypal/credit cards, online store), and requested changes after 2-week final inspection period. After site goes live, clients have one week for corrections/changes. Then additional work will be charged a fee. Clients will request work, and a work order will be created. Then quote will be provided. After quote is signed/work ordered, 40 percent of quote is required.
Website for individual: artist, musician, student, small charity
This includes setting up the domain name, creating the website, and providing photography/graphics. The website would be 1-5 pages but not include all business tools. The price will increase for Paypal/credit card setup, additional pages and photography, and changes by the client.
Website for small Business*
This includes setting up the domain name, creating the website, and providing photography/graphics. The website would be 1-6 pages. The price will increase for services like Paypal/credit card setup or online store setup, additional pages and photography, and changes by the client. *Larger businesses that require more pages/content may be more expensive.
Website for larger business/organization
Depending on the complexity of the site and content/design required, prices will range from $500 to $1500 and up. Hours beyond the project price agreement are $50/hour.

WordGirl Marketing can produce various documents. If you do not see the document you want produced on the following list, contact us.
Single documents: invoice, worksheet, flyer, personalized cover page, other
This price is based on one hour of work. If the document is more complex, requiring more than one hour, the price may be $50 or more.
Brochure
This price is based on two hours of work. If the document is more complex, requiring more than two hours, the price may be more than $80. Also, if the piece requires photography, the price may be more. This price does not include printing.
Resume & Matching Cover Letter
This price is based on four hours of work. If the documents are more complex, requiring more writing and graphics, the price may be more.

Business card creation. Wordgirl Marketing can have cards printed (printing is additional price from design) or provide client with a pdf of artwork. This cost does not include printing.
eCard
Depending on the length and complexity of the eCard, the price ranges from $50-$100.
*Prices do not include the cost of hosting. Hosting is a cost paid by the client to the hosting provider. Also, Wordgirl Marketing strives to make sure every customer is satisfied and will revise designs to do so. However, if after repeated designs, the customer is not satisfied, 50% of the project fee is still required due to time rendered. Thank you for understanding.

A personalized logo will be created for the client. This logo will appear on all documents, including business cards, if so desired.

Depending upon the complexity of the design and the number of sample logos created for client review, the cost for a larger business/organization is $100+.
Slogan/Tagline creation
A personalized slogan/tagline will be created for the client. This logo will appear on all documents, including business cards, if so desired.
Business Branding/Refreshing
This is the research, analysis, and development necessary to make the logo, slogan/tagline, and other materials most effective. It requires analyzing the target audience, its needs, and what approach will be the most effective at gaining/keeping customers. This is crucial work as it impacts all documents/website and what messaging/writing/graphics they contain.
Social Media & Website Management
Facebook or instagram initial setup
Creating a FB/Instagram Account, including set up pictures, bio information, descriptions, and photos, and initial post
Social Media Managment
Weekly organic social ad/blog post, monthly Vimeo, monthly live-recorded video, one paid social, utilization of FB analytics to increase FB engagements. Increase Instagram followers/click rate and increase SEO via various tools.
Website management
Monthly website management: new monthly ad, pop up, links, content, graphics, and video. Increased SEO utilizing various tools/strategies.
Writing, Copy Editing, & Proofreading
Writing
The rate for writing is $.10 a word; $50 for 500 words; $100 for 1,000 words and so on. *If the article requires substantial research, interviewing, and/or travel, the price may be higher. WordGirl Marketing will also take photographs to accompany the article. Cost is $50 photography. The price may be more if it involves significant travel.
Copy Editing
The rate for copy editing is $30 an hour as it requires more substantial analysis of target market or aspects like organization, cohesion, missing information, confusing writing, other.
Proofreading
The rate for proofreading is $20 an hour. It includes proofing for errors/issues related to grammar, punctuation, spelling, other.
Research
Business Research
Target audience, its needs, its motivations; industry research; competitor research; local market research, other.
Document Research
Any research required to make documents most effective. Price may be higher if the research required is more complex, detailed, and/or substantial.
Photography
Photo Shoots
Websites and documents may require photo shoots. Price is $50 per photo shoot. This includes transportation to local site (within 30 mile radius), photography of subject, downloading of photography, and editing of photography. Price may increase for shoots farther away than 30 miles or of more complexity or time required.
Single Shots
Sometimes, only 1-2 shots are needed for a website or document. This includes transportation to local site (within 30 mile radius), photography of subject, downloading of photography, and editing of photography. Price will increase for shoots farther away than 30 miles or of more complexity or time required.
Power Point Presentations/Videos
Power Point Presentations
Powerpoint presentations that include writing and graphics are $25 an hour. Power points also can be turned into videos for additional price.
Videos
Services include video conception and copy editing/layout. WordGirl Marketing will contract with outside video production for creation of video. Consultation fee will be extra.
WordGirl Marketing will consult with clients throughout projects for any changes to the work order/quote because many projects will require more work and revisions. Extra work and cost increases must be approved by client.
